To buy or not to buy, that is the question...

Ya'll know me, I'm always looking to cut corners where I can, in my attempts to get out of debt ASAP.

Well, my hard drive has started to make bad noises recently, which, I'm beginning to think means, it is not long for this world. Plus, I'm starting to run out of hard drive space. And I haven't done a clean install of 2000, in quite a while.

(Yes, I know it's bad when you have to clean install every six months, but I'm a gamer and so I can't walk away from Windows.)

I really wish I had a paid account, 'cuz then I could put a poll here.

So what do you think I should do:

Go ahead, get a new hard drive, just spend less money paying ahead student loans this week.
Wait until this one crashes and then get a new hard drive. (Make copies of my financial spreadsheets on the RAID every night.)
Pray really hard over this hard drive.
