Good Morning Everyone...

First of all, I'd like to thank the three lovely ladies that called me yesterday. To be honest, when my wife and kids are away, I hate coming home to an empty house. Ya'll gave me a reason to look forward to coming home.

Secondly, fiters were updated yesterday to all who requested to be on them. There should be a metaphysical filter post up shortly...

Work royally sucked last night. Add daylight savings time and an absolutely beautiful day and that leads to an empty bar. Of course, Wednesday isn't one of my usual bartending nights, so I didn't have any regulars.

I guess that's it for now...

~sigh~

The economy has been good for a while now.

Now just as I'm starting to look into the info for my mom's house, the jobs finally start improving, big time.

I can see you all now, "But that's a good thing techempage, isn't it?

Yes, it's a great thing with all the people that have lost jobs in the past few years. However, this has killed the bond market, sending intrest rates up.

And mortgage rates are based on bond interest rates.

Which means over the past two weeks, it's gotten much more expensive to get a house.

~double sigh~ With the timing of this, I'm almost tempted to feel this is a sign saying, "Look, this isn't the right course of action!"

But that would be really really egotistical...

My Brain is Trying to Kill Me

A couple days ago, I was in a good mood at the end of the workday. And was walking in my determined walk, wearing my leather jacket. I was about to head down the stairs, when my brain went, "Hey, this is just like out of the Matrix. Jump and fall slowly enough so you kinda coast down all three flights of stairs!"

Needless to say, I walked down the stairs...

Bad brain, no cookie!
