There has been a noticeable decline in the level of service we have received since we got new "Field Service Representatives" on the primary account I work on. However, I'm about to ask my manager if we have a clause about basic English requirements for our Reps in our contract. I don't mind the occasional typo, I make them all the time myself. I don't even mind occasional gramatical errors, when it is understandable what the person is saying. But using "axe" instead of "ask" and leaving out entire words from sentences so I can't understand what she is asking is totally unacceptable! My boss knows our new reps don't have a clue what they are doing. This company also recently mentioned they were going to have to do a series of layoffs, I have a couple suggestions if they are willing to take them. ~bang, bang, bang of head on desk~
